PLEASE NOTE:
The Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna (HACL) PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM WAITING LISTS will reopen on Monday October 7, 2019 at 8:00 AM. It will only be open for specific types of units and locations to be announced. It will remain open until further notice.
The HACL HCV (Section 8) program waiting list and Jessup PBV waiting list will open on Monday October 7, 2019 at 8:00 AM. They will be open until Monday October 21, 2019 at 5:00 PM.
**Applications are only available online and will be available 24 hours a day while the applications are open. Applicants may use any computer, tablet or smart phone with internet access to apply including free computers at public libraries, social service centers, and HACL administrative office (only). Paper applications will NOT be available and fax requests will not be accepted. **
