Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna (HACL) PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM WAITING LISTS:

Effective January 5, 2026

1,2, and 3 bedroom waiting lists at all locations are now closed

Studio and 4 bedroom waiting lists for all locations are still open

Applications must be obtained at our main office at

2019 W Pine St, Dunmore, PA 18512.
