Blakely has one of our larger developments. The borough of Blakely is within the village of Peckville therefore you will see the mailing address as Peckville. It includes a high rise for senior citizens and units for families. It is off Railroad Ave. and has easy access to grocery stores, churches, retail stores and pharmacies.
This site also contains the offices for our HCV (Section 8) department.
There are 57 elderly apartments within the high rise, as well as a community room. The high rise as card key entry and cameras for the residents’ safety.
