{"id":415,"date":"2015-05-20T17:31:58","date_gmt":"2015-05-20T17:31:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.hacl.org\/?page_id=415"},"modified":"2019-09-30T18:26:37","modified_gmt":"2019-09-30T18:26:37","slug":"programs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hacl.org\/?page_id=415","title":{"rendered":"Programs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Lackawanna Housing Authority manages 19 developments in our <a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"http:\/\/hacl.org\/?page_id=38\"><strong>Public Housing<\/strong> <\/a>department.&nbsp; Each <strong><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"http:\/\/hacl.org\/?page_id=76\">development<\/a><\/strong> has a PH Manager and maintenance staff assigned to the site.&nbsp; All residents are given a schedule of when the manger will be at their site and a maintenance phone number to call&nbsp;with any maintenance issues&nbsp;in their unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">All residents are expected to keep their unit area clean and clutter free.&nbsp; There is regular trash pickups and sidewalks and roads are plowed during the winter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>The <a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"http:\/\/hacl.org\/?page_id=427\">Housing Choice Voucher Program<\/a>\u2019s main office is located in Peckville, PA.<\/strong> The HCV Program has their own application process, and unlike Public Housing, participants are issued a voucher to find their own apartment in the private market.
