We have two sites in Archbald. The largest of the two is on McAndrew Drive. Set in the “mid-valley” section of Lackawanna County there is a “downtown” area two blocks away. This is a family development with 60 units.
You would need transportation to get to any retail areas, however, this site is located in a neighborhood setting. These units all have their own front porch and recently renovations have been done to this site.
This site is in the Valley View School District.

The other site in Archbald is two houses at 524 and 574 Main Street. There are 8 units in these two houses. There is easy access to local consumer needs, however, transportation is needed.
Public transportation is available to most areas in Lackawanna County. There is parking but it is limited.
Stoves and refrigerators are included with these units.
